I have been thinking about the Kanji of NoNo for a while. I have decided to use 能々. It has a meaning of the power to do something. Ability. Talent/art. Efficacy/effectiveness. Abbreviation for the traditional Japanese performing art "Noh." Etc. "Noh" evokes images of "leadership, intelligence, and art." Ain't that beautiful?
